Jake Weise
Founder
Jake Weise has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, including more than 15 years in fiber optics. Mr. Weise brings a broad knowledge of many aspects of product marketing, including market research, product definition and positioning, message communication, and modeling. His worldwide customer network includes large and smaller companies in telecommunications, data communications, semiconductor, and instrumentation.
Jennifer Zhang
Northern California & surrounding region
Jennifer Zhang has 12 years of experience in sales, technical marketing and product management including over 9 years in fiber optics. Jennifer worked as Sales and Product Manager for Bookham Inc. (previously Cierra Photonics), and previous to this, was a Product Manager at Hewlett- Packard/Agilent Technologies. Jennifer holds a BSEE from San Jose State University, and is fluent in English and Chinese.
Shahram Naghshineh
Southern California (Orange, San Diego, and Imperial Counties)
Shahram has 20 years of experience in engineering, product development, testing and technical sales for the telecom semiconductor industries. Shahram has worked at AT&T Microelectronics, Fujitsu Microelectronics, Applied Micro, and recently as a Network ASIC Applications Director supporting GPON/EPON OEMS for Kawasaki Microelectronics. Shahram holds a Ph.D. degree in Information Processing from the Imperial College, London University, UK.
Feli Evard
Customer Support & Inside Sales Manager
Felicitas Evard began her career doing research in the nuclear medicine department at the Kantonspital in Basel. Felicitas moved to California in the mid 90's and worked for several companies, doing water analysis for semiconductor manufacturers and testing software for analytical instruments at HP (now Agilent). She has broad experience in the use of analytical equipment, including capillary electrophoresis, gas chromatography and HPLC in the laboratory. Felicitas has a degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Basel, in Basel, Switzerland. She grew up in Switzerland and is fluent in German, English and French.

Rick Moore offers a wealth of experience in the field of Test and Measurement sales to Texas and the surrounding states. He has successfully created and managed technical sales organizations versed in optical metrology serving a broad range of principles and customers.
Willett Tuitele
Southern California, Southern Nevada
Willett Tuitele has over 20 years of experience in the design, sales , and marketing of systems and electronic components. His career began at Hughes Aircraft Company in design for IR Missile and Radar Systems. Willett has worked or managed sales for IBM Microelectronics, LSI Logic, Rockwell Electronics, and Zarlink. He has a BSEE from the University of Arizona.
Gordon Guo

Gordon Guo has 18 years of experience in engineering, product development, testing and technical sales for the optical and sensing industries. Gordon holds a Ph. D degree in engineering from the University of Washington, lives in Bellevue WA, and will be traveling regularly throughout Asia on behalf of OgMentum and the principals that we represent there.
Jack Dupre
Application Engineering Manager
Jack Dupre has 20 years of experience in developing products and test methods for the fiber-optic industry. He joined Hewlett-Packard Co. in 1964 as a microwave development engineer and subsequently managed the development of RF and microwave sweep oscillators, spectrum analyzers, and lightwave instruments for both Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies. Jack holds a BSEL from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, and an MSEE from Stanford University. As part of his consulting activity, Jack is currently secretary for IEC Subcommittee 86C, Fibre optic systems and active devices, which develops international standards.
